Shipping policy

Overview

1. Processing Time

Business Days Only: Our processing time for orders includes only business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends). We strive to dispatch your items as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

2. Transit Time


Within Lagos: Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Outside Lagos: Deliveries to locations outside Lagos generally take 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. 
International Deliveries: For international orders, the transit time is approximately 7 working days, although this may vary due to customs procedures in the destination country.


3. Shipping Fees

Non-refundable: All shipping fees are final and cannot be refunded. 

4. Shipping Restrictions

No Consolidation: We do not offer consolidation of items for shipping (i.e., you cannot send an item to our location to ship together with your order).

5. Delivery Method

Doorstep Delivery: We deliver directly to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address details are complete and accurate to avoid delays.

6. Notification of Dispatch

Email Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via the email provided. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Responsibility for Additional Costs: If you fail to be available to receive your order after one attempt, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees incurred by subsequent delivery attempts. Please contact us to reschedule delivery if you anticipate being unavailable.

8. Tracking Your Order

Tracking Information: We will provide tracking information for your order once it has been dispatched. This will help you monitor your order’s progress and plan for its arrival.

9. International Shipping

Customs and Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees. Luchysluxe is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control, and Luchysluxe cannot predict these charges.
