Luchysluxe Return & Exchange Policy
Time Frame for Returns: We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Therefore, you have 48 hours from the time you receive your item to contact us at hello@luchysluxury.com or send a direct message to our Instagram account at @luchyslux and let us know if you’d like to make a return.
Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Damages and Shipping Errors: Please check your items as soon as they arrive. If you discover any defects, damages, or if the wrong item has been sent, contact us immediately. We’re here to help correct any issues as quickly as possible, including arranging for pickup at our expense if necessary.
Non-returnable Items: Please note, we cannot accept returns on special orders, personalized items, resized goods, nose rings, body jewelry, items purchased on sale, or gift cards.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and request the new one. Please note that, due to the delicate nature of our products, we will need to receive and inspect the returned item before sending out a replacement.
Refunds: We offer refunds for items that are damaged or not as described, and for items not delivered within a reasonable timeframe (this does not cover delays outside our control, like customs). If you’re returning an item because it arrived as expected but you’ve changed your mind, we’ll gladly offer store credit instead. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Responsibility for Return Shipping: If you are returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Returns must be pre-approved; unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Custom Made Jewelry: Custom made jewelry is uniquely yours and so cannot be returned unless it does not match the specifications you provided.
