Resizing Policy for Luchysluxe Rings

Please read the following carefully before proceeding with resizing:

1. Processing Time:

Resizing takes approximately 5–7 business days from the date we receive the item.

2. What to Expect:

While we strive to create a clean, seamless finish, please note the following possibilities:

Joining Line: There may be subtle signs of joining after resizing, especially on plain or polished bands. 

Stone Security: Rings with side stones, halos, or pavé settings may experience a shift in stone tension during resizing. Our jewelers take every step to reinforce and secure the stones, but we advise handling with care and periodic inspections moving forward.

Color Disparity (Rare Cases): In designs with plating or special finishes, the resized area might reflect a slight tonal difference due to how metals react under heat or polishing.

3. Non-Exchangeable Post-Resize:

Resized pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange. We recommend being absolutely sure of your ring size and properly acquainted with the possible outcomes before proceeding. Our team is available to answer any sizing questions you may have or guide you through alternate options where needed.

4. Eligibility:

Not all designs can be resized due to structural or stylistic constraints. Our team will confirm whether your piece is eligible after reviewing your request.

5. Alternative Option:

If you’re unsure about resizing or your ring needs significant adjustment, we may recommend an exchange (if unworn) or a new custom remake, where possible.
